Our Client is looking for a Director of Finance to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the VP Finance; the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finance function of a portfolio of subsidiary companies. You will lead integrations for acquisitions, and perform financial due diligence functions.
As Director of Finance you will lead, manage and coach a team of accounting and finance staff, including designated and non-designated professionals. You will conduct financial due diligence, prepare reports and analysis for executive leadership, and ensure completion of monthly financial reporting within portfolio companies.
The Ideal Candidate will be a self-starter, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. You will be comfortable managing tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will also demonstrate strong levels of independence, and have a keen eye for detail.
