The role of the Accounting Clerk will have strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail. They will posses a professional attitude and excellent client service skills is a must, as the role will require you to handle collections. In addition, the role will require day-to-day AR/AP responsibilities such as AR reconciliation, assisting with backlog, posting receivable invoices, processing AP related transactions, and managing AR/AP ledgers. We need someone who excels at maintaining accurate records and is adaptable to helping in other areas as needed. Proficiency in Excel, including spreadsheet creation and editing, is a must. 

The Ideal Candidate will have a diploma in accounting or business administration. You will bring at least 1 year of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable experience with an understanding of the invoicing and data entry process. We are looking for someone who can handle a fast-paced environment, take direction and who can allocate appropriate time to complete tasks within timelines and do so properly.
