Our Client is well positioned within this booming Ottawa real estate market. We currently have an immediate opening within the accounting team for an Accounting Clerk. With an excellent accounting team in place, we are looking to add to the family. We are looking for someone who can assist with the inputting, processing and recording of all invoices and AR related transactions, verifying and posting all deposits, coordinating with the property management team for rent adjustments, preparing bank reconciliations, aging reports and general ledger reviews. You will be able to identify discrepancies and help work through resolutions. At times, you will be required to assist with collecting outstanding receivables and answering inquiries about outstanding balances.


The Ideal Candidate is an Accounting Clerk seeking a new home. Strong data entry skills with an exceptional attention to detail will be expected. A professional attitude and excellent client service skills is needed as you will be expected to do collections. A proven ability to maintain accurate records and be flexible to take on new projects is needed. Strong Excel skills, an ability to create and edit spreadsheets, is imperative. We are looking for a strong communicator who loves to work with people but has a passion for numbers. Eager to build on your education and work with a great group, our Client needs your help. Experience working in Yardi would be considered a huge asset.
