We are seeking dedicated Resource Coordinators, both full-time and part-time, to manage logistics and administration for our growing network of contractors. This role is vital to the seamless facilitation of legal proceedings hosted by our client. As a Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling, assigning contractors to projects, and maintaining oversight of complex logistical needs. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to build and sustain relationships in a dynamic environment, and the flexibility to be on call during evenings or weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Contractor Relations:
- Maintain regular communication with external contractors and court reporters to build and nurture professional relationships and foster engagement and loyalty.
- Source new talent with specialized skills and re-engage past contractors to expand corporate offerings and enhance service differentiation.
Administrative Tasks:
- Generate and analyze reports to assess the efficiency of resource planning and scheduling.
- Address and resolve issues related to resource allocation and timing.
- Perform data entry and provide administrative support for various projects.
- Handle logistical planning for resources, including making travel arrangements and managing schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services and achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to email and phone inquiries regarding cancellations and rescheduling, with a sense of urgency.
- Engage with clients before bookings to ensure resource allocation aligns with their needs.
- Ensure that the preferences and requirements of both clients and contractors are met, contributing to an exceptional overall experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with additional language skills considered an asset. You should be well-versed in Microsoft tools, including Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and MS Teams, and exhibit eloquence and professionalism when communicating via email and phone with clients and resources alike. A high degree of emotional intelligence, social nuance, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a strong aptitude for scheduling and problem-solving. An understanding of fundamental concepts related to cost ratios and an analytical approach to interpreting reports on supply and demand are important for success in this role. Adaptability and resilience are key, as is the ability to work independently while receiving support when needed.
