They are currently seeking a Procurement Analyst for their global procurement team, and help support the North American operations.

As a Procurement Analyst within a global company, you will work closely with the Global Procurement team alongside local Procurement and Business Development teams across North America. Leveraging the organization’s scale, you’ll focus on optimizing cost and value in procurement activities, while cultivating strong, mutually beneficial supplier relationships. A critical part of your role involves collaborating with North America’s development and procurement teams to forecast long-term product volumes and pricing that align with business needs. By compiling and analyzing data, you will identify opportunities for bulk ordering efficiencies. Your responsibilities include managing orders for North American equipment, producing compliance reports, and monitoring contract expiration dates in collaboration with legal teams.

In addition, you’ll support the bidding processes by preparing commercial bid documents, analyzing bid evaluation matrices with technical support, and conducting commercial evaluations to ensure thorough proposal assessments. You will liaise with technical teams to address contractual components, negotiate contract adjustments, and manage contract handovers to internal and external resources for ongoing operations. Staying informed about industry trends and preparing briefings to keep the business updated on changes in the renewable supply chain will be essential. You will also attend industry events, trade shows, and site visits to foster relationships and maintain industry insights. This position requires effective collaboration with local construction, operations, and finance teams for order-related documentation, reviewing invoices for external consultants, and supporting the continuous improvement of procurement practices within the global supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of procurement experience within a large, global organization, with a background in the oil & gas or energy sector strongly preferred. Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation are essential, as is a solid understanding of procurement best practices. This role requires strong professionalism and the ability to engage effectively with both remote internal teams and external vendors and contractors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must, as you will be involved in contract negotiations and cross-functional collaboration. A post-secondary education in business, procurement, or supply chain is ideal for this role, which offers ample mentorship and leadership opportunities to accelerate your career. To foster collaboration, this position requires on-site presence at least four days per week.
